Ive rarely seen them in tobacconists and seen them in bong shops too. They used to be everywhere but I havent seen them in awhile. If you live near a big city then you should be able to find one easily. Maybe likewise call a put drugs into and pure spirit hotline or harm reduction orgasnization and they might be able to help out. I just suggested those for the cause that I know some people dont have trust cards or the means to be able to order these things online.
